Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Services
Our offerings primarily consist of digital services such as webinars, online meetings, and digital consultations. Due to the nature of these services, once they have been accessed or delivered, they are typically non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply as outlined below.

 2. Cancellation Policy
- Consultation Services:
  - You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel within this period, you may reschedule the consultation or request a refund.
  - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of Dr. Alaa Nasr’s team.

- Webinars and Online Meetings:**
  - Registration for webinars or online meetings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event start time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.
  - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

 3. Refund Eligibility 
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues on our side that prevent you from accessing the service, and we are unable to resolve the problem, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Service Non-Delivery: If a scheduled consultation or webinar is not delivered as promised, you may request a refund or reschedule the service.
- Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate amount.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Certain services and products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Digital products or downloads that have already been accessed or delivered.
- Services rendered as described without any technical or performance issues.
