- Access Instructions: You will receive an email with all necessary instructions, including a link to access your scheduled webinar or online meeting. This email is sent to the address provided during the booking process.
- Timing: The email with access details will typically be sent within a few minutes of booking. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please contact our support team.
2. Scheduling and Booking
- Flexible Scheduling: Our digital services allow you to choose your preferred time slot during the booking process. Availability is based on the consultant’s schedule.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your booked session. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to additional charges.
